Terms of Service

ulock.io is a link-intermediary platform. Our service allows registered publishers (“Creators”) to generate short URLs that display a waiting screen and/or a subscription prompt before forwarding the visitor to an external destination URL chosen by the Creator. ulock.io is not a hosting service, a content publisher, a payment processor, or a content-delivery network. We do not store, cache, display, or reproduce the destination content in any form.

By accessing or using ulock.io — whether as a Creator or as a visitor — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ulock.io provides:

• Short-link generation with configurable wait timers
• A Whop-managed Premium subscription bypass
• Analytics on link visits and subscription conversions
• A payout dashboard for Creators to withdraw earnings

We act solely as a technical intermediary. At no point does ulock.io inspect, endorse, host, or take responsibility for any content located at destination URLs. The link is a pointer. We are not the destination.

Creators are solely responsible for:

• All destination URLs they submit to the platform
• Ensuring those destinations comply with applicable law
• Ensuring they hold necessary rights or permissions to link to that content
• Disclosing the nature of the destination to their audience
• Complying with DMCA and other intellectual-property obligations

Creators may not submit links to destinations containing: illegal content, CSAM, malware, phishing pages, content violating third-party intellectual property, or content prohibited by Whop's Terms of Service. Violation may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

ulock.io expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to destination URLs submitted by Creators. We do not review, moderate, or monitor destination content in real time. We are not liable for:

• Any content found at destination URLs
• Any harm to visitors who access a destination through a ulock.io link
• Third-party intellectual-property claims arising from destination content
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity from service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to any party shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 USD or (b) fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Visitors who access a ulock.io link acknowledge that:

• ulock.io is an intermediary and does not control or endorse the destination
• The Creator, not ulock.io, chose and is responsible for the destination URL
• Purchasing a Premium subscription is a transaction managed by Whop, not ulock.io
• ulock.io has no control over the availability or content of the destination

Premium subscriptions are sold and managed by Whop. ulock.io facilitates attribution of subscription revenue to Creators but is not the merchant of record. All refunds, disputes, and billing issues must be directed to Whop. ulock.io is not liable for any billing errors or disputes.

Creators earn a percentage of Premium subscription revenue attributable to their links. Earnings are subject to verification. ulock.io reserves the right to withhold or claw back earnings resulting from fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

Payouts are processed on the 15th of each calendar month. Requests submitted after the 15th are carried over to the following month. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are applied at the time of transfer. ulock.io is not responsible for blockchain delays or exchange-rate fluctuations.

You may not:

• Use automated tools to generate artificial traffic on ulock.io links
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or verification
• Submit links to illegal destinations or use the platform for fraud
• Impersonate ulock.io, its staff, or other Creators
• Scrape or reverse-engineer platform data without written permission

ulock.io is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of analytics, or continuous access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without liability.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the Creator dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
